Courtney Carpenter, MA, LMHC

Executive Clinical Director

Courtney Carpenter, MA, is no stranger to management roles in substance abuse treatment. She was previously the Regional Director of Program Operations at Recovery Centers of America, where she provided executive leadership to case management and the clinical departments for two Massachusetts locations. Courtney earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and her Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College. She chose to apply her education to substance use treatment because while it can be challenging, for her, it is the most rewarding.

Day-to-day, Courtney oversees the operations of the facility and the delivery of the highest quality patient care. Her primary focus is ensuring patients are receiving a treatment and discharge plan that adequately addresses their individual needs and aids them in long-term recovery.
